The NJ Caribbean Festival is looking for 15 amazing volunteers to help make this year's event a success!

Volunteer Roles

Guest Services

Full day

Welcome attendees, answer questions, and help guests navigate the festival grounds. You're the face of the festival!

Stage Crew

Full day

Assist with performer logistics, stage setup, and keeping the performance areas running smoothly.

Vendor Support

Morning + evening

Help vendors with setup, breakdown, and any needs throughout the day. Keep the vendor zone energized.

Kids Zone

Full day

Supervise and facilitate activities in the family and kids' zone. Bring the energy and keep the little ones smiling.

Entry & Ticketing

Morning shift/ Evening Shift

Manage festival entry points, scan tickets, and ensure a smooth arrival experience for all guests.

Social Media & Photography

Full day

Capture the festival moments and help share the energy on our social media channels in real time.

What We're Looking For

Must be 16 years or older (under 18 requires parental consent)
Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about Caribbean culture
Able to commit to your assigned shift in full
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
